Speaks with the New York Yankees 2006 draft pick, taken 41st overall, Mr. Joba Chamberlain. The fire balling righty talks about his swift rise through the Yankees minor league system to join the big club in August of 2007. Joba discusses what it was like to grow up a small town boy in Nebraska and then all of a sudden rising to instant stardom in New York City. He also touches on why he didn’t feel any pressure after being drafted by the Yankees, and his thoughts to critics who say he would be best used out of the bullpen as opposed to starting.
