Carmelo's Knicks Debut On Legends Night

Carmelo Anthony is finally a Knick. After months of rumors and speculation the New York Knicks pulled off a blockbuster trade where they ended up with superstar forward Carmelo Anthony. Anthony made his Knicks debut on Wednesday, February 23rd at Madison Square Garden on Knicks legends night. Also coming in the trade to the Knicks was point guard Chauncey Billups who has an NBA championship under his belt and is a borderline hall of famer. In this report we hear from both Carmelo and Chauncey on their thoughts about the electric atmosphere that greeted them at Madison Square Garden for their debut. Carmelo talks about the whirlwind week it’s been for him since the trade. Chauncey Billups responds to reports that he did not want to be traded from Denver and gives his thoughts on being a New York Knick. We also speak with another new Knick Anthony Carter who came over in the trade from Denver and began his NBA career as a Knicks nemesis as a member of the Miami Heat in the late 1990’s.
